Triple P gives parents simple tips to help manage the big and small problems of family life!
Triple P Online is a free, online parenting programme that helps to make raising children easier, because we recognise that it’s not always easy! The programme gives useful tips and ideas to help you to become confident and to help you to raise happy, healthy children and teenagers who do well in school and achieve their ambitions. The programme can also help to reduce the everyday stress that you may face as a parent raising children.
The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® is available free to parents and carers of children up to 16 years in Rotherham. This is thanks to Rotherham’s Early Help Service, a service in the council that is committed to helping children and families enjoy and achieve in life.
The strategies within Triple P will help you to guide your child's behaviour so that you see more of the behaviours that you like and less of the ones that you don’t. Triple P Online can also help you to have better relationships with your children and teenagers and your partner (if you have one).
The programme is easy to access and because it's online, you can complete it at home and at your own pace. If you decide that Triple P Online will be a benefit for you and your family, you’ll receive support from a trained worker, who will support you as you work through the programme.
Triple P Online is best suited for parents of children from 2-16 years.
